You have been dreaming about the perfect house. The home you have always wanted. A home that reflects your lifestyle and makes your life more convenient and organized. Well your dreams start here…….. at David & Goliath Builders, our professional architectural design division building team strives to make the home designing and building process fun and exciting! We operate under the philosophy that everyone deserves the home of their dreams.

Building a new home or remodeling an existing home is one of the largest investments a family will make. So why shouldn’t you get exactly what you want? The award winning professionals at David & Goliath Builders and DG Remodeling architectural design department are prepared to custom design a house or remodel your existing home to your specifications and budget. Being a custom builder and a design/build remodeler means we work with you to design your living space to your lifestyle, family, needs, lot location, sun exposure, views, floor plan flow and budget. Our approach is not only unique and fun, but it will not cost any more. Often when people hear the word custom they automatically associate that with being expensive. Our family of building solutions specializes in design/build. What does that mean? We use our 30 years of building experience to create your home or remodeling space while maintaining your budget. We specialize in designing homes and remodeling projects that stay within your price range, while not sacrificing quality.

We use a state-of-the-art, REVIT BIM 3-dimensional drawing program to assist in the drawing of our custom homes and remodeling projects. This technology allows each client to “walk through” his or her home before a shovel ever moves the dirt. It also makes changes and alterations much easier and more efficient. In addition, estimating is more precise because material take-offs can be easily done from the drawings in the CAD system. So whether you bring in your own plans or ideas or choose one of our plans to start from, David & Goliath Builders is prepared to begin the design and construction of your new home or remodeling project. Please visit the section of our website titled “Models” to look at the many floor plans we have already designed. You can also page through our photo gallery. These plans and pictures may help to provide ideas for the design of your new dream home or remodeling project.
